We ensure that information provided in the Web Site is accurate and updated.

We reserve the right to make changes to specification and description of the products which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.

Ordering Products

You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

The Price and Payment

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order.

The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order - unless your purchase has been qualified for free delivery.

The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment is made through PayPal, through secure PayPal site, where you can pay directly from your PayPal account or using Credit or Debit card, alternatively you can arrange a bank transfer, please contact us directly if you would like to arrange a bank transfer payment.

Delivery of Products

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Cancellation of orders

Orders for goods may be cancelled by customers only on their written request and with our written agreement. Orders for goods acquired by us specially cannot be cancelled.

You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Return of goods

Returns are not accepted without prior permission.

Once a return has been authorized, postage to send the item back to us is at your cost.

Replacements will be sent out once the returned item has been received unlit, undamaged and in its original wrapping.

In cases where we have made an error, the correct item will be shipped out as soon as possible at no extra charge and your costs in sending the incorrect item back will be fully refunded.

Delivery charge

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.

Within UK- smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes. For international delivery we use International Signed For service with Royal Mail or other selected couriers.

All of our items are wrapped securely to ensure to reach you in the same condition that they left us.

Insurance against loss or damage is not included unless specific instructions to do so are received at the time of placing the order. This cost will be added to your total.

Affiliate Terms

Affiliate is free of charge and the following conditions apply:

• The statements made in the registration must be complete and true. If your personal data should change, you must update the changes without delay in Your Affiliate Account.
• The partner is only entitled to use the contents provided by The Legends London - Affiliate for the purposes for which they were intended.
• Commission will be paid by transfer on request by the 25th of each following month and if there is a credit balance of at least 0.01.- Pound Sterling.
• The partner undertakes to win business for The Legends London - Affiliate on his/her own responsibility and observing the applicable regulations and laws and observing the rules of legal competition and of good practice. Thus for instance trying to win business with spam emails and other improper methods is not permitted. Promotion is to be arranged in such a way that the customer can apply to buy for independent reasons of their own and voluntarily. In particular, any form of pressurized promotion, pressure to sign, offer of a bonus or similar forms of improper promotion by the partner is not permitted. You may not purchase products for your own use of for resale or any other commercial activities.
• In the event of breach of these rules, we reserve the right to block the account. This entails the loss of the claim for commission and any further claims for damages.

Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
